Monty Northern, LP

Director of Community Relations

Monty graduated from Texas A&M University with a double major in Agriculture Economics and Entomology.

He started his career with HCEC in 2012 as an EMT-Basic attendant in our 911 service.  In October 2014, he was promoted to Director of Special Events, overseeing the EMS and First Aid operations and staffing of Houston’s largest venues, including NRG Park, PNC Stadium (formerly BBVA Stadium), Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, and Aveva Stadium.   He served in this role until January 2022 at which time he transitioned to Director of Community Relations for HCEC.

Willie Sanders

Director of Maintenance, Safety Officer

Willie was born and raised in Texas and began his career with us in 2004 as an EMT-B.  He attained his EMT-I and EMT-P certifications and became active in several special operations divisions within the company.  In 2009 Willie was appointed Director of Infrastructure supervising all maintenance needs of HCEC stations, offices and fleet.

Tony Tuttoilmondo

Director of Quality and Patient Safety

Tony is from Santa Fe, Texas and began his career in 1991 with Stat-Care EMS responding to both hospital transfers and 911 responses. He started with Harris County ESD-1 in 1998 and was promoted through the ranks of Paramedic to his current position of Medical Control Officer. His daily duties include management of the Field Training program and oversight of the QA/QI process for both EMS and Communications.
