Michael’s extremely diverse I.T. career spans over 36+ years, providing leadership and directing information technology departments in their delivery of technology support services.
Michael’s resume includes several Fortune 500 companies, including Porsche, Peterbilt, United Airlines, American Airlines, The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and many more. He is responsible for leading, managing, and leveraging a complex Information Technology portfolio of people, infrastructure, systems, processes, and projects that support the strategic, tactical, and visionary goals of the corp.

Martin has 19 years of experience in Fire and EMS as well as years of experience in emergency communications.
Monty graduated from Texas A&M University with a double major in Agriculture Economics and Entomology.
He is a licensed paramedic and has several years of management experience, including oversight of daily operations, scheduling, OSHA adherence, and human resources components. He has coordinated training for staff, managed policies and procedures and directed multiple projects at once.
Willie was born and raised in Texas and began his career with us in 2004 as an EMT-B. He attained his EMT-I and EMT-P certifications and became active in several special operations divisions within the company. In 2009 Willie was appointed Director of Infrastructure supervising all maintenance needs of HCEC stations, offices and fleet.

Tony is from Santa Fe, Texas and began his career in 1991 with Stat-Care EMS responding to both hospital transfers and 911 responses. He started with Harris County ESD-1 in 1998 and was promoted through the ranks of Paramedic to his current position of Medical Control Officer. His daily duties include management of the Field Training program and oversight of the QA/QI process for both EMS and Communications.
