The CORPS Award

HCEC’s employee recognition program is called the CORPS Award. The CORPS Award stands for Caring for Others with Respect, Professionalism and Service. Employees will be recognized for outstanding service, quality care and portraying HCEC’s core values. Each month, the executive team will select the person to recognize from the submissions. The person selected for the CORPS award will receive a $100 gift card. Another $100 gift card will be given to the person who recognized their co-worker by submitting the info via the online CORPS Award form. That’s right, if you recognize someone and they are chosen for the CORPS Award, both of you will receive a $100 gift card.

One person of the 12 will be nominated as the Employee of the Year.

To help your co-worker be selected, please reference the core values below and indicate how he/she went above and beyond. Remember, the CORPS award can be given to any HCEC employee.
